2/11: The girls received a 76.3 today at Jacobs HS, qualifying for Super Sectionals. They received 2nd place and were less than a point behind Stevenson.
Last week they took first place at the Weaton Competion.
ABOUT WINTER GUARD:
Tall Flag (Three Minute)
• Emphasis on flags with a staff longer than 3 1/2 feet or longer, excluding caps.
• Rifles, sabers and short flags can only be used to enhance the performance and cannot replace the tall flag usage.
• Dance is to be present though out the routine.
• Flag(s) must be used 75% of the length of the routine.
• Performance time: two (2) minute minimum to three (3) minute maximum
Winter Guard is not the same as the marching band color guard. |
