Coach: George Dressen Jr. (2nd year)
2005 record: 16-17
Graduated players: Megan Timmerman, Emily T’Niemi, Stephanie Smith
Returning players: seniors Kelli Boich, Heidi Haubrich, Colleen Hoffman, Alina Sagalovich, Maggie Schroeder, Paige Tortorello; juniors Mandi Baumgartner, Katie Randau
Newcomers: Jessica Kennelly, Amber Muscolino, Lauren Ott; juniors Mallory Boich, Sarah Kelly; freshman Michelle Parrissen

Outlook: At a bare minimum, the Mustangs would like to win at least 20 matches. “Our offense is much quicker this year,” Dressen said. “Our serving routine will be more aggressive and we’ll be very strong defensively.” Boich, a middle blocker who will play volleyball for New Hampshire, will miss the entire season with an ACL injury. Fortunately, the Mustangs welcome 6-foot-1 Parrissen into the program. “She’s very strong and talented,” Dressen said. “By next week she should be right on schedule to possibly take in a starting role.” Tortorello, a Maine recruit, will run the Mustangs’ 5-1 offense. She spent the summer attending high-level setting camps. Schroeder and Haubrich are two of the Mustangs’ top hitters.
