# 7 Quarterback Mike Petlak rolls out of the pocket on one of his bootleg runs. Mike was 5-12 in passing with 93 yards total. |
# 27 Kevin Ofiara knocks down a pass that #8 Zach Adams had in his sights which would have been Zach's 2 interception of the day. |
# 63 Sean Santiago literally sticks his face into the defense. Sean is a 2-way player playing both Offensive and Defensive tackle. Sean had a big game on defense having 6 solo tackles and 1 assist with 2 tackles for loss for a combine loss of yardage of 9 yards. |
# 5 Tyler Kennedy breaks up a pass against Waukegan. Tyler had 2 tackles and broke up another pass in the game. |

#7 Mustang Senior QB Micheal Petlak rolls to his right to deliver on of his 6 attempted passes. Petlak was 3-6 for 40 yards and one interception. |
#9 Senior Linebacker Anthony Gianaras with one of his 3 solo tackles 2 were for loss of 6 combined yards. Anthony also had 8 assisted tackles, 1 tip pass and force the QB to run out of the pocket 6 other times. Anthony also had a 19 yard reception that lead to the Mustangs first Score of the season. Anthony earned the Game 1 Most Valuable Player with his performance. |
