Mundelein Cross Country 2006 Team Rules
- All athletes must follow the Mundelein Athletic Code
- You must show up ON TIME dressed and ready to run. We will practice Monday thru Saturday no matter what the weather. If the weather does not allow us to go outside and run, we will stay in and do an alternative workout.
- Each athlete needs to check in and check out with Mr. Osmanski at every practice.
- If you are hurt, you must still come to practice and rehab.
- You are allowed 2 unexcused absences. On your 3rd unexcused absence, you will be dismissed from the team. Unexcused absences consist of missing practice for work, detention, etc. An excused absence consists of missing practice for Weddings, Funerals, Family Obligations, Religious Obligations, etc.
- If you are sick and stay home from school, YOU must call or leave a message for Mr. Osmanski by 2:00 in the Social Studies office. (847)949-2200 ext. 562. If you are in school, you are expected to be at practice.
- If you choose to use alcohol, tobacco, or drugs, you are not the type of person the team can depend on in the clutch and you will not be welcome on the team.
- As a member of the Cross Country team, you are expected to represent Mundelein High School in a positive manner at all times. Whether this be on the course, off the course, in class, or out of class you represent the team, the High School, the coaches and most important, your teammates. Any deviation from anything less then stellar behavior will result in dismissal from the team.

3 MUSTANGS MOVE ON TO SECTIONALS!
10/23/04 - On a muddy course, the MHS Boys Cross-Country runners couldn't quite run fast enough to qualify for the IHSA Sectionals in a couple of weeks, but 3 Mustangs did well enough to move on in the individual competition. MHS will be very well-represented by seniors Jake Trauscht and Erik Buchberger, along with freshman Matt Hoffmeyer.
