1. Call to Order
        Meeting called to Order @ 7:40 p.m.
   
   
2. Approval of Last Meeting’s Minutes
1. Motion to approve Nick Delaquila; seconded – Joe Herchenbach
   
   
3. Treasury Report – Joe Herchenbach (see attached report)
1. Balance is $13,587
2. TBD $891 – from sales at baseball meeting
3. Will have to reimburse Coach Parola for Carbondale Trip
   
   
4. President’s Report Update – Bob Tortorello
1. Talked to Perry, he was invited to attend tonight, but unable to attend
2. Scoreboards are being worked on, 4 boards are involved – signage on the scoreboards will be decided later.  Perry is looking into scoreboards and he is looking at the three manufacturers to see what they have to offer and they he will get bids.
3. Signage on the field will be done by the new Superintendent which comes on board in July 2008. 
4. Open to ideas for getting significant dollars to benefit the programs
5. The plan is to get Downey to get a conceptual plan together so we can start getting prices for the field.
6. Bob to check with Mark Morrissey regarding the Village Codes.
7. Get prices for landscaping; dugouts; nets – Dave to work with Jim on getting pricing.
   
   
5. Executive VP Report – David Rohe

6. VP of Activities Report  - Nick Delaquila
1. Possible date for a carwash at the bowling alley on Rt. 45 on Sunday, May 4th.
2. Candy sales - suggestion to order 27 cases and sell each bar for $1.50.  Theclub will get 50% of the sale.
   
   
7. Coaches Report – Todd Parola
1. Trip to Carbondale costs approx. $1,800
2. After playing in Carbondale, would like to look into turf for infield
   
   
8. New Business
1. Jim spoke to a manufacturer for nets.  The manufacturer would like pictures taken to show the field.  Estimate for the nets $35k/field – depending on what needs to be done.  This is the manufacturer who did Libertyville & Vernon Hills.  This manufacturer also does other field improvements – turf, brick walls, etc.
