Small Group Work Activity
District Long Range Plan
M-PACT #1 ~ Oct. 25, 2007

Instructions:
Each group should elect a recorder and a spokesperson. The recorder is responsible for completing the information requested on the colored work activity sheet in the center of the table. Be sure to complete the information in the box in the upper right corner of the activity sheet. The activity sheet will be collected and will provide the basis for finalizing our programs for upcoming meetings.

The spokesperson should facilitate discussions and keep the group focused as it reflects and reacts to tonight’s presentation. At the end of the session tonight the spokesperson from each table will be asked to report his/her group’s information.

Please make sure the information recorded on the group’s work activity sheet reflects the consensus or general agreement of everyone at the table, not just the opinion of one or two individuals.  Monitor your time and progress to make sure you complete your work in the allotted time.

Activity:

Task
On the back of this sheet (below), indicate your group’s top five priorities for implementation by placing a “1” in the column beside your highest choice, “2” next to your second choice, etc.  Provide a rationale to support each priority.
