•  To effectively manage current MHS facilities, and plan for future necessary facilities by:   o  Establishing standards of maintenance for building infrastructure, instructional spaces, and co-curricular facilities.   o  Conducting a ten-year enrollment projection study to assess potential enrollment growth and implications on facilities.   o  Conducting a building capacity study.   o  Implementing a comprehensive facilities study to determine the potential need for building upgrades and expansion.
