MISSION
The Mundelein High School Educational Foundation will provide resources to District
120 to enhance and enrich educational opportunities for students. |

| GOALS |
| The Goals of the Mundelein High School Educational
Foundation are: |
| I. |
To promote student development |
| |
|
A. Extend and expand opportunities for learners. |
|
| |
|
B. Provide resources for enrichment and support outside of
the normal school program. |
|
| |
|
|
| II. |
To encourage employee creativity and
excellence. |
| |
|
A. Provide resources to motivate and encourage employees
to be innovative and creative in teaching
and learning. |
|
| |
|
B. Support unique opportunities for employees to grow and
improve. |
|
| |
|
C. Support unique initiatives for the enhancement of academic
excellence. |
|
| |
|

| III. |
To develop and promote school, business
and community partnerships. |

A. Provide a vehicle for individuals and organizations to
contribute resources to enhance learning. |
|
| |
|
B. Provide an organization to facilitate cooperative ventures
between the Foundation, community organizations,
business, and industry. |
|
| |
|
C. Promote educational unity, understanding and cooperation
throughout the school district and community. |
|

D. Promote community awareness about the Foundation and educational
programs of the school district. |
