Students and parents often have questions regarding taking medication (over-the-counter and/or prescription) at school. A medication permission form is available for download below. Please be aware that the school nurse cannot distribute any medication (this includes over-the-counter and prescription drugs) without a doctor's order. The only medication that is allowed to be carried by the student is an inhaler or an Epi pen.
