  Sick Leave, Personal Leave, Leaves of Absence Without Pay, Association Leave, Vacations, Holidays  
     
  Please refer to the current “Agreement Between the Mundelein High School Board of Education and Mundelein Education Association.”  
     
  Disability  
     
   

Upon completion of thirty (30) days disability (illness or injury that does not fall under Worker’s Compensation), the non-certificated employee may file for disability benefits with the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) System.

An employee may not receive sick leave benefits concurrently with IMRF disability benefits. The Board of Education assumes no obligation under this section, once sick leave benefits are exhausted.

 
       
  Leaves for Service in the Military and General Assembly  
     
   

Educational support personnel receive military and General Assembly leaves on the same terms and conditions granted professional staff.

 
       
  School Visitation Leave  
     
   

Educational support personnel receive school visitation leave on the same terms and conditions granted professional staff.

 
       
  Leaves for Victims of Domestic or Sexual Violence  
     
   

Educational support personnel receive a leave for victims of domestic or sexual violence on the same terms and conditions granted professional staff.

 
       
  Other Leaves  
     
   

Other leaves of absence may be granted by the Board of Education to employees with or without pay, in accordance with provisions specified by the Board and in accordance with State law.
